Overview

The IOP Coordinator is responsible for the daily operations, clinical oversight, and coordination of an Intensive Outpatient Program serving individuals with substance use disorders in a hospital-based setting.

  • Supports transitions between inpatient care and the IOP.
  • Requires experience in addiction treatment and interdisciplinary collaboration.
  • Fosters a recovery-focused, trauma-informed environment.
  • Preferred licensure in a behavioral health field.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of clinical experience with substance use disorders.
  • Experience in group therapy and evidence-based addiction treatment modalities.
  • Program coordination or case management experience.
  • Familiarity with IOP-level care or higher.
  • Experience working with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Knowledge of documentation standards and hospital compliance regulations.
  • Preferred licensure in behavioral health (e.g., LICSW, LMHC).
  • Strong communication skills for navigating clinical teams and administration.
