Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years related experience; 8 years in leadership roles.
  • Experience in Self-Insured benefits arena preferred.
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills, especially in MS Office.
  • Outstanding knowledge of healthcare and pharmacy benefits management.
  • Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret complex data.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel domestically up to 30% of the time.
