Overview

This position involves collaborating with Account Management to sell non-core PBM Products and Services.

In Short

  • Engage with Product and Marketing teams to develop strategic plans.
  • Support and manage sales processes for existing clients.
  • Build and maintain business relationships with prospects and clients.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies and tactics.
  • Collaborate with marketing to create proposals and collateral.
  • Organize and conduct sales presentations and demonstrations.
  • Maintain knowledge of MedImpact’s offerings and products.
  • Update SalesForce with key client information.
  • Work with account teams to assist in new business awards.
  • Provide market intel and analysis for clients.

Requirements

  • BS/BA and 9+ years of experience or equivalent.
  • Intermediate skills in MS Office applications.
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
  • Ability to identify and resolve problems effectively.
  • Strong conflict resolution and listening skills.
  • Clear and persuasive communication abilities.
  • Understanding of business implications of decisions.
  • Ability to develop strategies to achieve goals.
  • Basic math skills for calculations.
  • Effective presentation and public speaking skills.
