Overview

As a Documentation Specialist, you will work with doctors, medical facilities, and families to ensure death certificates are completed accurately and filed on time. You’ll follow up to obtain medical details, secure required signatures, and confirm all documentation meets state requirements.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in office administration, deathcare services, or detailed documentation.
• Able to manage multiple cases and meet strict filing deadlines.
• Quick to learn and use modern tools like Notion, Slack, and Aircall.
• Professional, persistent, and sensitive communication style.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
