• Support healthcare finance operations as a Documentation Specialist
• Prepare, review, and process lease and finance documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 1+ years of professional experience preferred
• Experience in contracts, leasing, banking, finance, or documentation
• Knowledge of legal terms for lease and finance structures
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Adobe, SalesForce, and PowerBI
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to manage high-volume transactions
• Adaptability to changing priorities
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to maintain quality standards
