Overview

The Staff Pharmacist Fulfillment is responsible for overseeing pharmacy technicians, ensuring compliance with regulations, and performing product verification checks in a weekend position.

In Short

• Weekend position from Friday to Monday, 8AM – 6:30 PM.
• Monitor compliance with State and Federal regulations.
• Provide oversight and quality assurance to pharmacy technicians.
• Perform product verification of technician-prepared items.
• Direct supervision of technicians in all pharmacy areas.
• Fill liquid orders requiring pharmacist dispensing.
• Train other pharmacists and technicians.
• Adapt to changing environments and manage timelines.
• Strong focus on customer service and accuracy.
• Must have a current Missouri pharmacist license.

Requirements

• Graduate of ACPE Accredited School of Pharmacy.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret prescriptions.
• Flexibility to work peak volume times.
• Experience in training and supervising staff.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other departments.
• Strong focus on quality and efficiency.
• Internet connection must meet specified requirements for remote work.
