Overview

The Pharmacy Technician will work directly with patients and healthcare staff to manage specialty medication needs, ensuring timely and accurate service in a hybrid work environment.

Requirements

• 2+ years of Pharmacy Technician experience required.
• Licensed as a pharmacy technician in MA.
• Nationally Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPht).
• Microsoft Office experience required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience with prior authorizations and patient scheduling preferred.
• Experience with specialty medications preferred.
• Associates or bachelor’s degree in business or healthcare-related field preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to problem solve effectively.
