Provider Relations Senior Manager - Remote

Overview

This position is a high functioning role with management and strategic planning responsibilities of provider services to include medical US Commercial, and IFP, leading a team to ensure service excellence and provider satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in healthcare management.
• 5+ years in healthcare service delivery or contract management.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in building provider relationships.
• Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a matrixed environment.
• Up to 25% travel may be required.
• Knowledge of health plan operations is preferred.
