Overview

The Manager, Provider Relations will lead teams to develop new provider relationships and ensure a high-quality referral experience, crucial for Equip's growth in providing treatment for eating disorders.

In Short

• Lead and manage prospecting & referral teams.
• Train and coach team members for improved performance.

• Maintain and improve operational processes for patient admissions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in inside sales/prospecting.
• 2+ years of team leadership experience.
• Healthcare experience required.
• Experience in team development and coaching.
• Attention to detail in processes.
• Growth mindset and adaptability.
• Analytical and data-driven decision making.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Customer-service oriented approach.
