The Vice President of Knowledge Management and Thought Leadership at McKesson is responsible for advancing the development of the thought leadership agenda, coordinating resources and business development activities, and collaborating with various teams to enhance customer value solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy (PharmD) or equivalent.
• MBA or equivalent preferred.
• 13+ years of experience in healthcare with 8+ years in leadership roles.
• Experience in pharmaceutical supply chain required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in building and leading marketing teams.
• Vendor sourcing and management experience.
• Ability to act independently with sound business judgment.
