The Benefits Specialist is a member of the HR team focusing on health, welfare, and retirement benefits while contributing to various HR functions.

• Manage U.S. benefits program including medical, dental, and life insurance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years of benefits experience required.
• Proficiency in benefits platforms and HRIS.
• Knowledge of benefit regulations (ERISA, ACA, HIPPA, COBRA).
• Strong writing and oral communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in additional languages preferred.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
