Staff Software Engineer, Full Stack - Remote

Overview

As a Staff Engineer on the Product Engineering team, you'll lead the design and delivery of high impact features, working closely with product, design, and engineering to solve complex problems and ensure our systems are scalable, maintainable, and a joy to work on.

Requirements

• 8+ years building user facing applications; 3+ years at Staff or Principal level.
• Deep expertise in modern full stack JavaScript/TypeScript (Node.js + React) and relational databases (PostgreSQL).
• Proven track record delivering high quality features at scale and improving team velocity.
• Strong communicator who can influence across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Skilled in performance optimization, maintainability, and security best practices.
