Overview

The Head of Channel Strategy & Operations is a senior member of the Channel Growth team at Maven, focused on driving growth through commercial agreements with health plans and channel partners.

In Short

  • Lead the Channel Growth team to drive revenue and profitability.
  • Develop scalable processes for channel operations.
  • Manage cross-functional relationships with internal teams.
  • Report on financial and operational metrics for channel partnerships.
  • Oversee channel enrollments and performance tracking.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Develop strategies for underperforming channels.
  • Act as the primary contact for Growth functions and other departments.
  • Maintain and train on account management functions.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing on channel materials.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in healthcare or business operations.
  • Experience with health plans or PBMs.
  • Strong executive communication skills.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and lead change.
  • Experience in high-growth environments.
  • Track record of building cross-functional relationships.
  • Operational experience in complex partnerships.
  • Knowledge across the healthcare continuum.
  • Startup experience is a plus.
