Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10–15 years of experience in product strategy or healthcare operations.
• Strong expertise in value-based care models and maternal health.
• Experience at the intersection of healthcare delivery and technology.
• Deep understanding of healthcare compliance and data integration.
• Strong background in iterative product development.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Passion for solving problems in maternal health.
