• Lead and scale operational processes at Archive.
• Build internal systems and partnerships to support growth.
• Manage vendor relationships and optimize pricing negotiations.
• Set strategy for and manage the customer experience team.
• Assess and execute plans for international market expansion.
• Identify and solve operational bottlenecks across the organization.
• Potentially lead strategic planning and OKR tracking in the future.
• Ideal candidate has 10+ years of operational experience.
• Remote work is acceptable with preference for New York or Bay Area.

• Proven ability to lead teams and negotiate contracts.
• Strong problem-solving skills with an analytical approach.
• Experience in B2B software startups is preferred.
• Comfortable working with technical and product teams.
