Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in healthcare strategy, network management, or operations.
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience designing partner-facing processes in a high-growth environment.
• Excellent communication skills and comfort influencing senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills to use data for decision-making.
• Passion for transforming family healthcare.
