Overview

Matillion is seeking a passionate Enterprise Account Executive to drive revenue growth by identifying and closing new enterprise customers while expanding relationships with existing accounts.

In Short

  • Achieve annual sales targets for new enterprise customers.
  • Generate pipeline through outbound prospecting and manage inbound leads.
  • Build relationships with partners to enhance sales reach.
  • Develop territory plans in collaboration with marketing and SDRs.
  • Oversee customer communication from discovery to technical support.
  • Apply MEDDPICC principles to manage sales opportunities.
  • Foster strong relationships with technology and consulting partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to share insights and improve effectiveness.
  • 5+ years of full-cycle sales experience required.
  • Proven success in achieving high ARR quotas.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle sales experience in technology.
  • Track record of exceeding $1M+ ARR quotas.
  • Experience with large enterprise software contracts.
  • Exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities across sales stages.
  • Experience in both start-up and enterprise environments preferred.
