In Short

Lead the end-to-end product design process from ideation to execution.
Collaborate with teams to understand product requirements, user needs, and business goals.
Design and prototype intuitive, engaging user interfaces.
Work with user research to identify pain points and areas for improvement.
Develop wireframes, user flows, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes.
Work closely with developers to ensure smooth implementation of designs.
Create and maintain design systems that promote consistency.
Iterate on designs based on feedback from team members, users, and stakeholders.
Stay updated on current design trends, tools, and technologies.
Balance creativity with technical limitations to create innovative solutions.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, UX/UI, HCI, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in product design.
Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Proven track record of designing and launching successful digital products.
Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UI/UX design.
Experience using user research to validate design concepts.
Experience in responsive design and creating interfaces for different devices.
Experience working cross-functionally to drive strategic design initiatives.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite.
Ability to balance design innovation with user-centered best practices.
