In Short

• Support marketing and customer engagement initiatives.
• Build and optimize email campaigns using HubSpot and Salesforce.
• Create and manage social media posts with Sprout Social.
• Assist in landing page creation and optimization.
• Manage segmented target lists for campaigns.
• Support multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Conduct A/B testing for emails and landing pages.
• Track and report on marketing metrics.
• Assist in marketing automation workflows.
• Collaborate with content and creative teams.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in email or digital marketing.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot.
• Familiarity with marketing automation and performance metrics.
• Basic HTML/CSS skills are a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Analytical mindset for data interpretation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Collaborative team player.
• Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
