HighLevel is seeking a dynamic Product Marketing Coordinator passionate about all aspects of product marketing, including refining and optimizing marketing workflows and supporting cross-team initiatives.

• Monitor and foster engagement across the Content Army community.
• Coordinate logistics to ensure timely payments and metrics tracking for participants.
• Manage product marketing event coordination for various webinars.
• Oversee phases of marketing projects and campaigns.
• Build in-app marketing experiences with Pendo.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of the HighLevel platform.
• Enthusiasm for all aspects of marketing.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to execute independently.
• Ability to visualize issues from the customer's perspective.
• Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional written and collaboration skills.
• At least one year of experience with HighLevel products.
• At least one year of marketing experience.
• Experience with project management software like ClickUp or Asana.
• Familiarity with marketing tools such as Hubspot and Google Analytics.
