Requirements

• 8+ years in creative leadership roles.
• Proven record of delivering high-performing creative.
• Strong portfolio in design, copy, video, or multimedia.
• Experience managing creative teams—both in-house and freelance.
• Deep fluency in digital marketing and social media.
• Strategic thinking with execution skills and bias for action.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities.
• Ability to tie creative work to business outcomes.
• Experience in startup or high-growth environments.
• Passion for creativity and storytelling.
