Overview

The Matchory Sales team is focused on exponentially scaling the enterprise sales pipeline to enable the field sales force to execute on the revenue growth plan for the company. As a Sales Development Representative, you are the backbone of our revenue pipeline.

In Short

  • Develop a tight partnership with your Account Executives.
  • First point of contact for external executives.
  • Build funnel activity by creating qualified leads.
  • Collaborate with Field Sales Team on target accounts.
  • Prospect at C-level, VP, and Director Levels.
  • Attend online training and organized training throughout the year.
  • Develop and maintain your own pipeline and opportunities.
  • Understand your numbers and demonstrate commercial acumen.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in sales development or a related field.
  • Outbound calling experience in a corporate environment.
  • Highly competitive personality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Understand selling process and planning.
  • Demonstrated strong leadership abilities.
  • Identify market trends and key industry occurrences.
  • Show professionalism to external prospects.
