Product Manager - Remote

Overview

As a Product Manager at Matchory, you will play a key role in shaping the company’s strategic direction. You will be the central point where information from all stakeholders converges, translating and communicating it into a strategic product roadmap. With your expertise, you will create company-wide transparency regarding customer needs, product requirements, and planned developments.

In Short

• Work with the founders to validate and prioritize the product roadmap based on business requirements
• Manage and align stakeholders through establishing efficient communication processes
• Establish scalable feedback processes to bring learnings from all departments into product development
• Collaborate closely with product teams and owners to ensure a smooth project coordination
• Validate concepts through workshops and usability tests to ensure a customer-centric product experience

Requirements

• Motivation for tech-startups and a solid technical understanding
• Proven experience in product management or related fields
• Willingness to learn and adapt paired with a hands-on mentality
• Enthusiasm for user-centric design, UX, or design-thinking methodologies
• Excellent communication skills (Language and presentation)
• Empathy and genuine interest in stakeholders’ needs to develop user-centric solutions
• Motivation to regularly work on-site with your team and other stakeholders
• English at a business-fluent level.
