Middle Support Engineer (Node.js) - Remote

Overview

We are currently improving our world-class service with a Support Engineer role.

In Short

• Provide high-quality service and debugging for web applications.

Requirements

• 2+ years of commercial experience in Node.js.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks, preferably Express.js.
• Familiarity with AWS services like S3.
• Detail-oriented and strong problem-solving skills.
• English level B2 is required.
• Availability within 14-22 CET/CEST time zone.
• Ability to write clean and maintainable code.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Basic knowledge of Docker is a plus.
