Junior QA Specialist - Remote

Overview

We are not looking for another ordinary bug finder, we are looking for a new valuable member of our team who is way more than just a tester.

In Short

• Participate in the design and implementation of modern business applications for external clients.
• Perform manual testing, building test scenarios, test cases, user scenarios, and bug reporting.
• Work closely with Developers, Scrum Master, Proxy Product Owner, and Product Designers to assure high quality.
• Focus on quality-oriented rather than defect-oriented testing.
• Execute test cases with high precision and detail.
• 3-9 months of commercial experience required.
• Knowledge of Agile Software Development Life Cycle.
• Experience in exploratory tests.
• Flexible working hours and 100% remote option.
• Long-term contract with Scrum Teams.

Requirements

• 3-9 months of experience as QA in an agile environment.
• Experience in exploratory tests.
• Basic SQL and familiarity with relational databases.
• Basic knowledge about API and dev-tools in browsers.
• Good command of English (min. B2) and excellent command of Polish (min. C1).
• Detail-oriented and quality-centered approach to software development.
• Familiarity with Scrum and Agile methodologies.
• Problem-solving mindset and solid communication skills.
• Knowledge hungry with eagerness to learn.
• ISEB/ISTQB certificate is a plus.
