Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Marketing Automation Specialist roles.
• Strong skills in Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or HubSpot.
• Attention to detail in QA of CRM campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing.
• Understanding of relational databases and data structures.
• Proactive mindset and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in agency or client-facing roles.
• C1 level of English proficiency.
• Helpful skills include Braze certifications and experience in data analysis using SQL.
