Overview

As a Sr. Event Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving innovative and impactful strategies for large-scale events, ensuring client needs are met and exceeded.

In Short

• Lead events of 5,000 – 15,000 people and complex workstreams for larger events.
• Main point of contact for clients and budget owner.
• Ensure stakeholder understanding and drive excellence in project execution.
• Utilize creative problem-solving throughout the planning cycle.
• Act as a trusted partner and advisor to clients.
• Manage financial resources effectively to prevent budget overruns.
• Train and mentor junior team members.
• Participate in department meetings and initiatives.
• Maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Adapt to fast-paced environments and meet demanding deadlines.

Requirements

• 5+ years of event management experience.
• 2 – 3 years’ experience leading a team.
• Experience managing complex workstreams for large-scale events.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
