Overview

We are looking for a talented and competitive Business Development Representative (BDR) that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment fortune 50 technology company. The rep will be responsible to process quality leads as well as follow up on inbound email and telephone inquiries. With Base + Commissions + Bonuses, you can easily reach your goals and surpass them!

In Short

  • Actively sourcing new sales opportunities through email, LinkedIn and cold calling.
  • Assessing or creating opportunities for NB’s Products.
  • Conducting research on market trends and competitors.
  • Updating the CRM system on a regular basis.
  • Utilizing virtual meetings to build relationships with new customers.
  • Must possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • 3 to 6 years of experience required.
  • Must have SaaS experience.
  • Experience in Cold communications and inside sales is a plus.
  • Enthusiastic self-starter with a strong drive to succeed.

Requirements

  • 3 to 6 years of experience.
  • Proven track record in call handling both incoming & outgoing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Strong listening and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent.
  • Expertise of working in Salesforce.com (must).
