Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in financial services or partnership management.
• Proven leadership skills in managing strategic partnerships.
• Extensive negotiation expertise in commercial agreements.
• Ability to develop and execute complex strategies.
• Strong understanding of banking operations and financial products.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
