In Short

• Lead federal capture activities from planning to proposal submission.
• Develop and maintain Capture Management Plans.
• Coordinate with Proposal Managers and stakeholders.
• Review and interpret federal solicitation packages.
• Manage end-to-end proposal development.
• Identify funding paths and acquisition strategies.
• Ensure compliance with federal requirements.
• Support post-submittal activities and transition planning.
• Conduct market intelligence research.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Experience in federal proposal preparation and management.
• Strong understanding of the federal acquisition lifecycle.
• Ability to lead complex, cross-functional proposal efforts.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Experience with market intelligence tools.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• High degree of professionalism and accountability.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Shipley, APMP) preferred.
