We are seeking an experienced Federal Capture Manager to join our team in Huntsville, Alabama. You will lead our efforts to identify, pursue, and win federal government contracts, driving our organization's growth in the public sector market.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in federal capture management
• Proven track record of successful contract wins
• In-depth knowledge of federal contracting processes
• Strong skills in proposal writing and project management
• Proficiency in data analysis and market research
• Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• APMP certification preferred
