Public Health Economist - Remote

Overview

Sheladia Associates is seeking a qualified and experienced Public Health Economist to support the feasibility study for the relocation of the Belau National Hospital. This role requires deep expertise in financial modeling, health economics, and familiarity with healthcare infrastructure projects in the Pacific Region.

In Short

• Develop comprehensive cost estimates and financial models for hospital projects.
• Create an Excel-based financial model including various financial metrics.
• Produce periodic progress reports in line with project timelines.
• Advanced degree in Health Economics, Finance, or related field required.
• Experience in developing bankable feasibility studies for healthcare projects.
• Proven ability to design robust financial models for public health systems.
• Experience working in the Pacific Region, including U.S. territories.
• Fluency in spoken and written English is essential.
• Strong analytical and communication skills needed.
