• Serve a critical role in closing the sales cycle and future growth in the Americas.
• Lead and manage the pre-sales team while educating across sales, marketing, and management.
• Organize, create, and lighthouse content such as presentations and white-papers.
• Demonstrated ability of pre-sales engineering leadership experience.
• Proven track record of working directly with customers or partners.
• Drive the sales team to attain quota and yearly revenue expectations.
• Hire, mentor, and develop Sales/Systems Engineers.
• Experience managing stakeholders from CIOs/CTOs/CXOs to developers.
• Experience across channel sales from ISVs to vendors and consultancies.
• Work 100% remotely.

Requirements

• 4 to 5 years of Sales Engineer experience.
• B.A. / B.Sc. or equivalent work experience.
• Strong Database or Database Architecture Skills.
• Ability to manage complex customer POC engagements.
• Assist customer success and field teams in customer orientation effort.
• Willingness to travel as needed and work off-hours when required.
• Excellent communication and high level of organization skills.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Working understanding of database technologies.
• Fundamental knowledge of programming languages and web stack technologies.
