Overview

We are seeking an Engineering Leader to shape the culture, ambitions, and execution mindset of our engineering team at Klue.

In Short

• Attract and retain top engineering talent.
• Audit and enhance engineering culture and practices.
• Collaborate with CTO and VP Product on business vision and technology strategy.
• Drive impact across the company as a member of the Senior Leadership Team.
• Establish credibility and inspire trust among engineering teams.
• Translate business goals into execution plans for engineering teams.
• Report directly to the CEO.
• Build and lead engineering organizations of varying sizes.
• Oversee daily operations of our SaaS platform.
• Manage budgeting and forecasting for engineering.

Requirements

• Experience leading development teams and organizations.
• Strong partnership with product management.
• Experience in recruiting and mentoring engineering teams.
• Ability to build and lead large engineering organizations.
• Collaboration with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
