Overview

The Director of Business Development and Client Relations at Mission Capital Advisors will work closely with senior members of the Due Diligence and Loan Sale Advisory teams to foster client relationships and drive business development initiatives.

In Short

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and decision-makers.
  • Engage with active participants in the capital markets.
  • Drive new business development and maintain existing client relationships.
  • Represent the organization at industry conferences and events.
  • Track and report business development initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the Loan Sale Advisory Team.
  • Possess extensive relationships with loan origination companies.
  • Investment banking or secondary marketing trading experience required.
  • Strong skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce.
  • Attention to detail and strong business writing skills.

Requirements

  • In-depth knowledge of loan origination and capital markets.
  • Experience in mortgage, real estate, or structured products.
  • Prior experience in structured products or lending at financial institutions.
  • Experience in residential loan sales at a brokerage/advisory firm is a plus.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and take on responsibility.
  • Genuine interest in debt capital markets and real estate.
