Requirements

• 6–10 years of experience in design or creative direction.
• Experience managing creative teams in a remote environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma/Sketch.

• Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
• Experience leading large-scale brand projects.
• Familiarity with AI tools for design is a plus.
• Willingness to learn commercial real estate industry dynamics.
