Overview

Mission Capital Advisors is seeking a Director of Business Development and Client Relations to enhance client engagement and drive business development efforts within the lending market.

In Short

• Build and maintain relationships with clients and decision-makers.
• Drive new business development and maintain existing client relationships.
• Represent the organization at industry conferences and events.
• Track and report business development initiatives.
• Collaborate with the Loan Sale Advisory Team on opportunities.

Requirements

• Extensive relationships in loan origination companies.
• Experience in investment banking or secondary marketing trading.
• Knowledge of mortgage, real estate, or structured products.
• Experience in structured products or real estate underwriting.
• Strong MS Excel, PowerPoint, and database skills.
• Strong business writing skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Strong drive and desire to take on responsibility.
• Interest in debt capital markets and real estate.
