Senior Branch Manager - Remote

Overview

Manages all activities of a branch. Responsible for the overall success of the branch operating model, including customer and employee experience, digital engagement, transactions/operations, servicing, and sales.

• Responsible for overall profitability by directing sales and business development.
• Leads team through coaching and performance management.
• Identifies customer needs through sales processes.
• Proactively grows Business Banking relationships.

• Independently processes Business Banking loan requests up to $100,000.
• Ensures compliance with operational policies and procedures.
• Responsible for staffing, performance appraisals, and terminations.
• Maintains internal control standards.
• Promotes a culture of belonging within the bank.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or four years of relevant experience.
• Minimum three years sales experience.
• Minimum two years managerial experience.
• Life/Accident and Health Insurance licensing required within 18 months.
• Strong knowledge of Business Banking products and services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Proven ability to coach exceptional customer service.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
• Bi-lingual/Spanish preferred.
