Overview

Frida is looking for a Senior Brand Manager to be responsible for commercial marketing strategies across the core portfolio and new product development. The ideal candidate is both strategic and an analytical thinker who has a passion for building mission-driven brands.

In Short

  • Define and coordinate go-to-market plans for new product launches.
  • Define messaging strategy and oversee creative development of commercial assets.
  • Support the development of annual and quarterly briefs for cross-functional teams.
  • Measure the impact of marketing activations on sales.
  • Support retailer sell-in of new products and expansion opportunities.
  • Become a subject matter expert on the brand and consumer.
  • Evaluate product performance to refine plans and maximize growth.
  • Conduct market analysis to inform marketing strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or similar focus.
  • 5+ years of experience in CPG Brand Management.
  • Prior oversight in creative development for product launches.
  • Experience with Nielsen and/or IRI data analysis.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of brand growth.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
