Overview

Responsible for developing new treasury management business, expanding existing business relationships, and servicing the Bank’s treasury management clients, including handling high touch client accounts.

In Short

  • Develop new treasury management business and expand existing relationships.
  • Service high touch client accounts and manage complex business relationships.
  • Responsible for all phases of the sales process from referral through implementation.
  • Analyze clients’ current payments structure and develop customized solutions.
  • Prepare and present sales presentations and proposals.
  • Collaborate with Relationship Managers to market Commercial Payments services.
  • Provide consultative training on product offerings.
  • Assist in executing sales strategies and meeting departmental goals.
  • Participate in developing strategic business plans for target clients.
  • Report to the Treasury Management Regional Sales Manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or 4 years relevant work experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years Commercial Payments sales experience or comparable banking experience.
  • CTP certification preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work with executive-level clients.
  • Experience in consultative sales approach.
  • Understanding of treasury management product benefits.
  • Strong relationship management skills.
  • Ability to develop customized solutions for clients.
