In Short

  • Generate pipeline through proactive, outbound-first approach.
  • Source and enrich marketing-qualified leads (MQLs).
  • Follow up on MQLs with timely, multi-channel outreach.
  • Establish meaningful contact with prospects.
  • Book high-quality, CHAMP-qualified discovery meetings.
  • Use the CHAMP framework for lead qualification.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene in Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Account Executives.
  • Leverage outbound tech stack for engagement.
  • Work in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales development or outbound sales.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, especially Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a metrics-driven environment.
  • Knowledge of the UK payroll compliance and IR35 regulations is a plus.
  • Proven ability to book meetings and generate leads.
  • Experience with sales engagement tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
