Requirements

  • Experience in customer service or order management.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and order management tools.
  • Basic bookkeeping knowledge.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience in vendor coordination is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
