People & Culture Supervisor - Remote

Manay CPA is a global, full-service accounting and advisory firm, seeking a People & Culture Supervisor to manage HR operations and support employee engagement.

In Short

• Serve as a go-to person for employee inquiries regarding HR policies.
• Manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding and offboarding.
• Administer HR systems to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
• Track benefits administration and compliance processes.
• Supervise the People & Culture and Talent Acquisition teams.
• Prepare HR reports on key KPIs.
• Support the design and execution of training frameworks.
• Monitor compliance with local regulations and company policies.
• Contribute to workforce planning and performance review cycles.
• Assist in developing a positive workplace environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in HR or related roles.
• 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in Public Accounting or Consultancy firms.
• Understanding of US Labor Law is a plus.
• Excellent Business English skills.
• Proficiency with HRIS and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and details effectively.
• Passion for employee engagement and workplace culture.
