People and Culture Advisor - Remote

Overview

The People and Culture Advisor is responsible for supporting process improvement, career development, retention and engagement initiatives to promote Datacom’s internal culture.

In Short

• Support the implementation of HR strategy in line with Datacom's goals.
• Provide high-level support on the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
• Ensure effective use of HR initiatives and compliance across the organization.
• Analyze cultural data and recommend strategies for employee engagement.
• Build trusted relationships with business leaders and employees.
• Advise on employee relations matters with support from the ER team.
• Provide internal reporting and analysis.
• Work in an agile environment responding to changing requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Human Resources or related field.
• 4+ years of Human Resource experience.
• Experience as a People and Culture Advisor.
• Significant experience in employee relations and initiatives.
• Experience in developing effective programs for company culture.
• Knowledge of employee and industrial relations frameworks.
• Ability to manage complex issues and analyze data.
• Proven negotiating skills.
