Overview

The People & Culture Supervisor at Manay CPA will play a crucial role in managing HR policies and procedures, overseeing the employee lifecycle, and ensuring compliance with local regulations while fostering a positive workplace environment.

• Serve as the go-to person for employee inquiries regarding HR policies.
• Manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding and offboarding.
• Administer HR systems to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
• Supervise the People & Culture and Talent Acquisition team.
• Prepare and deliver HR reports on key KPIs.
• Support visa and work permit processes.
• Lead HR internal audit preparation and documentation.
• Identify process risks and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate onboarding training plans for employees.
• Assist with workforce planning and performance review cycles.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in HR or related roles.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Experience in Public Accounting or Consultancy firms.
• Understanding of US Labor Law is a plus.
• Excellent Business English skills.
• Proficiency with HRIS and ATS systems.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
