People & Culture Intern - Remote

Overview

As a People & Culture Intern, you will support the People team with key HR functions such as employee onboarding and offboarding, employee engagement, and various HR programs.

In Short

• Support the onboarding process for new hires.
• Assist with off-boarding processes.
• Maintain employee records and HRIS updates.
• Contribute to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion programs.
• Manage the People Team inbox and Slack channel.
• Support Performance Evaluations and surveys.
• Gather data for HR reports.
• Assist with HR projects and initiatives.
