In Short

• Lead customer interactions and communications.
• Serve as the client manager during implementation.
• Collaborate with software developers on API integration.
• Deliver formal training to client project team members.
• Provide knowledge transfer to internal team members.
• Track and communicate client issues.
• Manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
• Demonstrate industry knowledge and expertise.
• Collaborate with internal colleagues on various initiatives.

Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant experience in software implementation or business consulting.
• BEng degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial space is a benefit.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Client relationship management skills.
• Understanding of business requirements and user training.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Technology savvy and quick learner.
• Self-starter with minimal oversight.
