Data Analyst - Remote

In Short

• Guide product strategy through analysis of feature performance and product experiences.
• Use internal and external data sources to identify opportunities for product development improvement.
• Work with Product team partners to inform goal setting and help establish tracking such as reporting dashboards.
• Present findings to Product team partners and collaborators.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, economics, engineering, computer science, or a related field.
• Over 4 years of professional experience in the SaaS industry analyzing large datasets, information visualization, and informing strategy.
• Experience in statistical modeling with at least one statistical software (e.g., Python, R).
• Strong analytical skills to define problems and develop innovative solutions using appropriate methods and frameworks.
• Expertise in creating reports and presentations for non-technical audiences.
• Experience with product analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Amplitude, etc.).
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or a similar language with the ability to learn other analytical tools.
• Proficiency in data visualization (Tableau).
