In Short

• Manage end-to-end event planning and coordination for trade shows, field events, and conferences.
• Create and execute pre-show and post-show campaigns to book meetings.
• Partner closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful event experiences.
• Oversee the creation and distribution of event-related marketing materials.
• Coordinate all event logistics for seamless operations.
• Support the smooth operation of the event as part of the onsite team.
• Monitor and analyze event performance metrics.
• Engage in lead generation and nurturing strategies.
• Provide detailed reports on event outcomes.

Requirements

• 1+ years of relevant experience in event marketing.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A proactive and independent work style.
• Post-secondary education in marketing or related field.
• Experience with CMMS or facility operations software is a plus.
• Must have a valid passport/visa to travel across the USA and Canada.
• Be able to travel 20% of the time.
