As Senior Growth Marketing Manager at MaintainX, you will lead our experimental marketing initiatives, creating our testing strategy, discovering new channels, managing a test budget, and scaling what works.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in growth/performance marketing.
• Experience managing $1M+ performance marketing budgets.
• Deep analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making.
• Strong track record of managing complex experiments.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to extract insights from analytics platforms.
• Experience leveraging AI for testing and optimization.
• Self-driven with curiosity for new growth opportunities.
